I believe this little fairy light was made by Indiana Glass for Tiara. This piece is a FLASHED red color over clear glass. It has a flower a s scroll pattern on the light. 
This piece measures about 6 inches tall.
There are chips or cracks.  THE FLASHING IS WORN OFF IN SPOTS ON BOTH THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE LIGHT. THE BASE ALSO HAS MISSING RED FLASH.
