This is a fun solid brass 12" ruler with a figural owl that does screw out. This is nice & heavy to hold down papers or for measuring with both hands free of holding the ruler. Ruler measures 12" long x 1.5" wide. Owl measures over 2.5" tall x 1.5" wide.
