It has three strands with a large mix of plastic beads: transparent, opaque, iridescent, faceted, molded, faux pearls, metal spacers, etc.  It has a bead covered box clasp marked, "Western Germany."  In nice, used condition.  Measurements ~ 20" at the shortest strand
