This is a beautiful, handmade piece by David Kuo. A California based artist that made jewelry between the 1980’s and the 1990’s.
The Champlevé technique refers hand pouring the enamel into the piece.
This is absolutely stunning! It is signed by the artist, and is in excellent condition. There are no chips or missing pieces of the enamel. It is a cuff- it measures approximately 2 and a half inches across, but, approximately 6 inches if you measure around the arch of the cuff.
