Rustic vintage metal Russian hand painted floral small trays for decor or trinkets. You can see  the brush strokes of the paint and the gold trim. The back of the round tray is marked UEHA 83 KOH.  Small Rectangle one is unmarked.  Both have blemishes and chips that make them more rustic.
