Hand painted and has a glossy finish and floral pattern. Flowers are possibly chrysanthemums with gold trim, birds and butterflies. Made in Japan. It has a stamp on the bottom. Please see photo. In great condition. Stands 9 3/4" tall, 3" wide, and the top opening is 2 1/2"  No chips, cracks, or repairs.
