This is an AMAZING VINTAGE cased glass vase from Taiwan from the 1970s. The design is called "Plum Blossom," and featured an applied glass flower in multiple colors. This vase was hand blown and has the pontil mark on the bottom. It is made of clear glass over blue and white glass, hence the term "cased." The flower is a large blossom that was hand made with white, red, yellow, and orange glass. The center features some small glass sprinkles in red and green. The effect is AMAZING! There are clear glass handles on either side and clear glass "vines" coming from the flower. This vase is 4 inches in diameter at the widest point and 9.5 inches high. It features a ruffled glass rim that also resembles a flower. It is in EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration or repairs. There are some bubble inclusions in the glass, but they're from the manufacturing process. It's like it was made yesterday!

I'm a jewelry lover. I grew up with 2 grandmothers that were jewelry collectors, so I tend to veer towards the vintage stuff from the 1960-1980s. Give me a giant blinged out pair of danglers from 1986 or a set of bright orange lucite bangles from the early 70s! I love it all, and I search for it....all over. I enjoy bringing that vintage love to you. Ask me questions, if I don't have answers, I'll research it (I find that fun)!
