Includes both.  These are in good condition.  They will sit on the edge of a shelf or by themselves.  No chips or cracks.  The red one measures 2 1/4 inches across, 3/4 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches tall.  The blue one measures 1 3/4 inches across, 1 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches tall.  Weighs 1 ounce.  If the actual postage ends up being less than what you paid, you will be refunded for anything over one dollar.
