Buttons all intact. HAs shoulder pads attached. Bottom is elastic section still very stretchy and universal so needs to be pulled over head before buttoning. Fabric- Polyester Made in- Indonesia

Measurements-All measurements are done on flat surface Shoulder to Shoulder - 18.50" Bust -(armpit to armpit) 21.50" Length - (Shoulder to bottom seam) 23" Sleeves (full length) - 22.25"
