Vintage Napco Drummer Parrot Planter See Pics Please

This is such a cool vintage Napco Drummer Parrot Planter. It is 8” tall at the top of the hat and 5.5” wide. This guy is not in any way perfect. There are cracks that are stable and a repair to the top of the flag so please look over the pics well. He does seem stable and would still be a neat decorative piece.
