The modern vase measures about 6" high x about 1.5" in diameter at its base.  The original sticker is still attached.  

See the photos for its characteristics.   There are no chips or cracks but there are some scratches seen; which is shown on the last photo.   

I believe the date of manufacture is around the 1950s.
