This is in sturdy condition. It spins freely on all 3 tiers. However, there is Patina. Needs a good polish. I bought it to display Christmas tree ornaments and just didn't do it. It is a statement primitive or industrial piece-SO much you could do w/ this. It measures approx 13 1/2"H, 10" diameter, 2 Lbs
