Description Vintage French porcelain decorative lidded urn by Limoges, featuring a white ground with hand-painted blue floral decoration and gray foliage. Accented with gold trim at the rim, lid, stem, and base. Classical urn form with square base and fitted lid. Marked “Limoges France” on the underside. The piece contains original internal metal mounting hardware secured by a screw through the base, consistent with lamp base construction. Due to this internal hardware, the piece is not watertight and was not intended for use as a functional vase or urn. Best suited for decorative display or lamp base use. No cracks or repairs. Light surface wear, interior staining, rust to the metal insert, and gold loss consistent with age and prior use. All condition details are shown clearly in the photos. Stored in a smoke and pet free home.
