Vintage LG Wright Amber Glass Dolphin Fish Compote / Card Receiver - Northwood 1890s Mold

A vintage mid century LG Wright amber glass dolphin compote made from molds designed by Northwood in the 1890s. This form was originally introduced by Northwood as a card receiver and had a pair of candlestands that matched. It was referred to as the Petticoat Dolphin pattern. The amber color is beautiful - we think this piece was most likely made c. 1960-1970s but it is hard to say for certain. It does not glow under UV light.

The condition is good with no chips or cracks.

5.5" high 6.5" wide 3.37 diameter base
