The music component of this piece is in working condition, however it is missing the plastic piece that allows her to rotate.
This Vintage Lefton Irish Shamrock Girl Music Box is a charming piece that harks back to the period between 1950-1980. It features a delightful design, encapsulating the quaint aesthetics of that era, without the fuss of modern complexities. Notably, it is not a handmade item, suggesting a more uniform and standardized production process.
As a music box, it is designed to play a tune when wound, providing a nostalgic auditory experience. Its Irish Shamrock motif adds a touch of cultural heritage, making it an attractive addition for collectors or as a decorative item to enhance the ambiance of any space with a nod to Irish tradition.

Hello and welcome to Papa's Attic! I recently lost my father this year and he was an avid lover and collector of antiques and all things Christmas. My parents learned how to master their antique hunting by watching You Tube together (Thrifter Junker Vintage Hunter, Crazy Lamp Lady, Old Curiosity Shop some of their favorites). I made a promise to my Dad that I would not junk his vintage finds and try to carry on his love of antiques. He was a proud Papa to his grandchildren and that is how we have landed here as Papa's Attic!
