Vintage Latvia Green Gold Ceramic Micro Mug Applied Handle LIEPA3A
Details
Very small Ceramic Micro Mug: 2 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" wide including the handle and 1 1/2" without the handle. Sailboat with birds and LIEPA3A (which is Liepaja, a city in Latvia). I do not know if this is handmade but it definitely looks handpainted. There are 2 small chips on the outside rim and the outside rim is rough throughout.
