This vintage Japanese 3-horn flower vase is a stunning piece of art. The beautiful purple lusterware and white iridescence make it a must-have for collectors. The vase stands at 6.5 inches tall and measures 4.25 inches in width. Handmade in Japan, this vase weighs 10.3 ounces and features a three-horn shape. Each horn has an upper portion of purple iridescence with a gold filigree design giving way to white iridescence. The inside of each horn is painted gold, as are the edges. The vase is perfect for displaying flowers or as a standalone decorative piece. It is also possible that it was designed as a tussy mussy (portable bouquet holder), although it would be for a very large bouquet, such as a bride's bouquet. The piece's design and exquisite beauty make it a valuable addition to any collection.
The 3-horn vase is in very good used condition. There are no chips or cracks. The iridescence remains strong and vibrant! The wear is on the inside of the horns, where flowers would have lain against the front of the horn. Please see the pictures for a complete sense of the description. Thank you!
