Vintage Italian oval micro mosaic single flower pendant and necklace. Absolutely beautiful. Gold rope wrapping around the outer edge. Center green background with one yellow flower and tow leaves on each side, has pearl white wrapping around the flower. Stamped Italy on the back of the brooch. Measuring 1”. Necklace measures 8”.
