Vintage, Italian art glass vase. 
Swirled mint green and white glass, use it for every day use or bring it out with your Christmas decorations. 
This does have the M sticker intact, however, to the best of my knowledge/research, this is not actually M glass.  It is made in the style of, but it was made in Italy. 
This is a beautiful piece, and stands 4 and three quarter inches tall.  There are no chips or cracks.
