Pattern: Unknown. Is numbered #898 D
Made by: Ellsgreave a division of Woods & Sons England. 
Condition: Pre-owned. Good. Slight fading, one paint mark on lower portion of pot that appears to be from manufactoring.  No chips, cracks or crazing.
