Antique Hand Painted Nippon 8" Serving Tray

My Spouse has been "finding" old and unique tools, one day he told me I had to get a hobby. My hobby is to buy items that catch my eye, research them (always learning) and let them go to a new home where they can be enjoyed and displayed.
