The details on this Plate are wonderful. The edge is trimmed in Gold, The Border is Cream with Gold Paint of Roses, Leaves,  Scrolls & Dots is Raised. The Delicate Pink Roses. Even the fading cannot take away how Elegant this Piece is. 
Condtion is Used or Well Loved. No cracks or chips but there is fading. Not only is this plate meant to be displayed it is meant to be USED. I want to eat Bons Bons off of it.
