Vintage Handmade Art Pottery Ceramic Pitcher, Pink w/Aqua & Brown Speckles, Signed

This unique handmade ceramic pitcher is a beautiful piece. The lavender-pink base glaze sets off the aqua and brown dripped glaze to create an eye-catching decorative piece that could also be used as a bud vase. The sculpted handle and spout create additional interest. Measuring 4.5 inches in height and 4.25 inches in width, this original art pottery piece is lightweight at just 8 ounces. The glossy finish and incised backstamp add to its charm, and the fact that it is handmade in Bedford, Virginia makes it even more special.

The pitcher is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or signs of wear. The inscription on the base is hard to discern, but I believe it says, "Bella Glen, Ceramic, Bedford, VA" (see last picture for best view of inscription).
