This is a rare vintage piece of handcrafted art glass by E.J. MacKay. The Art Glass Design Studio is located in British Columbia Canada. This handmade piece of art is in excellent condition . It features a water ice drop texture and design. This stunning piece can be used as a serving dish  or displayed for its original beauty. 
It measures approx. 5 “wide x 8.5 inches long. Glass itself has a wonderful green hue. It carries a clear gold makers mark on the back.
