This ceramic figurine is about 6" tall x about 4.25" x about 3".  The spaghetti design on the muff, hat, sleeve, and near the neck was popular in the late 1950s. 

Please see the photos for its characteristics.  There is a chip on the bottom of the dress (last photo) and there is crazing throughout.  There was felt that used to be on its bottom in which the glue is still present.
