Vintage hand blown art glass Millefiori paper weight.  It measures 2 7/8 inches in diameter and is 1 5/8 inches tall.  There are no markings chips or scratches.  The bottom is not polished and I believe you can see remnants of the pontil.  Also I think the picture shows it well but the glass is not clear and little green or yellow tinge and it doesn’t glow.
