Vintage Groovy Hallmark Turtle Candle, Japan, Teal & Blue UNUSED

5.5”x4”x3.5”. Groovy Hallmark turtle candle, unbranded and unscented. Features a blue and teal flower power design. Had hallmark sticker on bottom. No major issues, although surface may have some minor scratches and imperfections. The texture of the surface isn’t pristine and smooth! See photos.
