This is a VINTAGE gold tone metal and red rhinestone pin back brooch.  The brooch is set up with a large red rhinestone in the center and smaller red rhinestones set as flowers at 4 points around the center.  This has a pin back with a safety pin closure.  It is about 1.25 inches in diameter.

I'm a jewelry lover.  I grew up with 2 grandmothers that were jewelry collectors, so I tend to veer towards the vintage stuff from the 1960-1980s.  Give me a giant blinged out pair of danglers from 1986 or a set of bright orange lucite bangles from the early 70s!  I love it all, and I search for it....all over.  I enjoy bringing that vintage love to you.  Ask me questions, if I don't have answers, I'll research it (I find that fun)!
