Absolutely incredible piece! 
No chips or cracks and it is very clean. I’m not sure if there is paint loss to the back base or if it was purposely not painted there. I tend to think it was purposely not painted because of the excellent condition otherwise. 
Marked Germany on the base. 
Measures approximately 4”x 4.5”.
