Beautiful flared deco style footed base bowl made by Fenton as an embossed advertising piece for Citizen’s Mutual Trust Company, Wheeling, WV in 1924 with Swirling shades of rich orangey Mandarin Red.  3 5/8" high; diameter 9 1/4". Great condition.  A special piece.
