This dainty tea cup is from the Franciscan china company in Staffordshire, England. The pattern was in production between 1975-1985 and is discontinued. Made of bone china, it features pink rose swags on a swirled, fluted body with an ornate scroll handle. Wedgwood purchased the company in 1979, moving production to England by 1984, which places this piece circa 1984-85 as it had the England stamp on the base. Please Note: I also have the matching saucer but it has a good-sized chip on the rim. If you like, I will include it free of charge (see photos). Measurements: 3 1.4" in diameter at rim, 2 1/2" tall Keywords: Shabby Chic, English Tea, Floral China, Vintage Kitchen, Tea Party, Rosebud, Delicate, Collectible, Grannycore, Romantic, High Tea, Replacement Piece, Cottagecore

Hello everyone! After a lifetime enjoying the arts as an actress, theatre managing director, interior designer, crafter and writer, I have taken up the art of finding treasures and passing them on: i.e. reselling! So happy to be part of this group.
