Vintage Dorothy Thorpe Salad Serving Bowl Set- Silver Band, Set of 6, 1950s or 60s, Allegro

This set of 5 bowls and 1 serving bowl was made by Dorothy Thorpe in the 1950's or 60's. All the bowls have a wide silver band around the rims. Their unique shape gives the set a retro feel.

The large serving bowl is about 4.5" tall and 4.25" deep. It's about 10" in diameter at it's widest part. The top opening is about 8" in diameter. The smaller bowls are about 2.5" tall and 2.25" deep. They're about 5.5" in diameter at the widest part. The top openings are about 4.25" in diameter.

All 6 bowls are in good pre-owned condition. The silver rims are tarnished and there are some spots where the silver has worn off. (Shown in pictues) There are no chips or cracks in any of them.
