Vintage Cuddly Soft Kelly Doll Barbie’s Little Sister 1994 Mattel Plush soft body doll with outfit incomplete

Cuddly Soft Kelly Doll Barbie’s Little Sister from 1994 made by Mattel. This is a 16" Tall doll with a soft plush body, and plastic arms, legs and head. Brushable hair. She comes in her original outfit but is missing the hat and one shoe. There are also a few stains, a few light ones on the pants and one on the sock. Her Dress and Jacket are nice and clean, no rips, tears, or holes. The dolls body has a satin on the top shoulder on one side, looks like a water mark from a spot clean. Her arms and body near the legs do have a blue stains - I am not sure if this is from the jacket and clothing or something else. She doesn't smell like mildew or mold to me, so I do not believe it is from that. Her clothing smells, lightly cleaned. Hair is nice and clean, un-cut in the the original length. Nice and soft! Over all this doll is in great shape! Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
