This is a 1" tall vintage wl  enamel thimble made to represent a watchful owl. There is some wear due to age and reasonable use. See the photos. The photos have been magnified to show the details. Note the measurement is 1". The light blue enamel is beautiful on the back and the front is more decorated than average.
