This is a beautiful dimensional brooch and is in wonderful vintage condition. * it looks like the pin broke and the previous owner ‘fixed’ it in a crazy unconventional way. 😉. It has a metal plate attached with a tack pin and some crazy round thing that unscrews … maybe to balance ?? See pictures. It doesn’t take away from the gorgeousness on the front. Not sure if it’s signed or not … the plate is in the way. Hope you will give this one a chance. 🎄🎄 2.50” high
