This kitshy majorette was made in Japan for the Rice-Bayersdorfer co. in Philadelphia Pennsylvania
measures 12" including hat
approx 6.5" seated

It has a turquoise shirt and red pants of felt. Plastic cheery face, yellow yarn hair and a red felted cardboard hat which has wear and tear.
The hanger is still intact and is gold.
The elf has age related fading and staining, please see pictures- selling as found.
