Measures approximately 1/2" wide x 5.5” circumference of outside , 9.25” circumference stretched out on outside D F Briggs Co. founded in 1892 of Attleboro Massachusetts were the first on record to make expandable sweetheart bracelets. This design circa 1920-40’s.
