Brass scale with two pans that can be locked down with an arrestment lever.  Topped with an eagle finial and has a spiral pole as detailing.  In used, vintage condition with some patina (see pictures).  Measurements ~ 14 x 14" with 5" pans
The pans and chains will be removed for shipping.
