Name: Vintage Blue Haired Pixie Knee-Hugger on Shoe Measuring Tape and Pin Cushion Made in Japan

This adorable pixie is a measuring tape along with a pin cushion but is also just a great decorative piece.  It's in good vintage condition with some wear due to its age (likely from the 1950s-1960s).  The measuring tape extends to at least 21 inches, possibly longer.  I didn't want to damage it by trying to pull it out more.   Such a rare kitschy find!  4.5 inches tall.
