This glittering statement piece was made in West Germany circa 1950's.  The center is a large glass 'hematite' like cabochon surrounded by gold tone filigree, silver tone filigree accents, faux pearls, and glittering black glass gems.  

Minor damage on the setting around the cabochon and was at some point repaired.  Otherwise excellent condition for it's age.
