Vintage BILLINGS & SPENCER CO. heavy duty double open end wrench No. 1136 with opening sizes 1” (9/16 U.S.S.) and 1 1/16” (5/8 U.S.S., 3/4 S.A.E.). Made in Hartford, Connecticut. Very good condition with light wear from age and use. Previous owner name WEB stamped each side as shown. Measures about 11” long. See pics for more details.
