Vintage Schumann Arzberg Germany, Golden Crown E & R flower ashtray. 

Measures 7.5" around and 1.25" tall. 

Painted porcelain has white border with recessed spots for cigarettes, black inside with painted flowers. 

One small chip near one of the recessed spots.
