The base color in this paperweight is a beautiful cobalt blue layered with various colors over the top. This paperweight is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. It has a flat matte base. This item is in good condition with a few minor scratches near the bottom and a few slight scratches from normal use.
