Outside has decorative pocket flaps. Has shoulder pads inside lining.

Measurements-All measurements are done on flat surface Shoulder to Shoulder - 17" Bust -(armpit to armpit) - 21" Length - (Shoulder to bottom seam) 29" Sleeves - 23.50"

We definitely understand how it feels not to get an item on time or at all!
