Abalone shell pendant is leaf shape and the leaf veins are carved in it

The necklace is made with faux white pearls, ivory tone shell chips, and silver tone barrel beads, disc beads, and seed beads.

Necklace is 22 inches long with extender 

The only wear I see is on the disc beads at the end of each barrel bead. The wear is not on the edge of the bead but the flat part. Cannot see when worn. I have polished and cleaned.
