Vintage 2 tier ruffled edge milk glass tidbit tray with the underside of the plates are hobnail.  Probably Fenton but there is no signature.  The hardware is silver colored.  The bottom tier is 13" diameter and the top tier is 8" diameter.  The unit is 11" tall.  No chips, cracks or discoloration.  Purchased at auction from home in historic Fan district in Richmond, VA
