A unique collection featuring a 1942 love letter from a soldier and 1949 bride correspondence, including a beautifully illustrated Bride's Book. I can't be sure that the love letter is the man the girl married but the items were found together. The love letter talks about how much the soldier likes the girl, but he wasn't able to let her know the last time he saw her because he was thinking about his brother who had been wounded on the "island". Perfect for collectors of vintage ephemera or those interested in historical wedding memorabilia.

The Bride's Book has not been written in. There is some minor wear to the letters from being folded. The envelopes have tears from being opened. See pictures for further details on condition.
