A favorite of the 1940s and 50s, Kaye of Hollywood was a favorite for collectors of figurines that became emblems of the area. Dutch Girl and boy, Chinese figurines, glamorous women in frilly party dresses and heads of fashionable women. This is a 10" tall 8" wide young woman in typical Dutch clothing, this time dark green with lighter green or yellow apron and top. She is carrying two baskets, which could be used for small real or artificial plants or flowers. She has one small space on the back of her cap where it appears the paint is lightly worn. See photo. She is a definite return to the past.

Selling since November 2023
Hi. I love hunting for treasures and learning even more history. I am also determined to let younger viewers know that some of us baby boomers are still supportive and enjoy the younger generation of seekers and preservers. I am a retired professor, writer and single Mom. I have been selling for vintage, funny anthropomorphic figures, folk art, pottery, vintage jewelry, and whatever else catches my interest.
