Tiffin Glass Sky Blue Satin Glass "Poppy Vase"

This beautiful Sky Blue Satin Glass No. 16255 8" Poppy Vase was made by Tiffin Glass Company located in Tiffin, Ohio. The Poppy Vase was made in several colors during the 1930's. Satin glass is defined, "in the decorative arts, as a piece of glass with a dull matte finish. The vase measures 8 5/8" high. The top opening is 4 7/8" wide and the bottom measures 3 3/4" wide. This bulbous shaped vase measures 8" at its widest diameter. The vase is in good condition without any chips or cracks. there is dirt on the interior portion, in the creases of the flower. I'm not an expert at glass or cleaning glass and didn't want to hurt the vase so cleaning the rest is up to the buyer.
