Details
Very neat terracotta pitcher, wide-mouthed, glazed with blue around the top and the handle. The handle is applied. Marked BD and, I believe, 1952 on the bottom. There does look to be a small crack near the top of the handle, but I believe this may have happened during the firing. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, or other visible damage.
Measures 3.75” in height, the mouth is 4” in diameter, it’s about 5” in diameter at its widest point.
This item is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. Like all vintage items, however, it may have minor imperfections that add to its character and charm.
I generally use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, unless a different shipping service is requested (please request a change in the shipping prior to purchase), for all of my shipping unless the item is larger than 12 inches. In that case I will ship using UPS Ground. If the item plus packaging is under 1 pound, I will ship using USPS Ground Advantage.
